Dr Dorothy Yue

Dorothy is a General Practitioner who is passionate about preventative health and aims to provide patients with a thorough health assessment to identify how to improve their current physical and mental wellbeing, whilst working with them to reduce their risk of developing preventable chronic diseases. Dorothy has a Diploma in Child Health and loves working with parents to optimise their children’s health and wellbeing and has a specific interest in helping women through the transition to motherhood. Dorothy graduated from Monash University in 2010 and has worked as a General Practitioner in both Melbourne and Sydney, with other roles including medical education and working at a specialist Covid19 Respiratory Clinic setup during the pandemic.

Dorothy keeps busy with work and running after her children but is always reminding herself to schedule the time to enjoy good food and coffee, good company and time at the beach.

Dorothy consults at South Yarra Medical on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (afternoon/evening) and every Sunday.
